The Legazi Design Journey
Thoughtfully Curated. Beautifully Designed. Purposefully Lived.
Beautiful interiors don't happen by accident. They are thoughtfully imagined, carefully curated, and intentionally brought together.
At our design studio, we understand that creating an elevated space takes more than inspiration. It requires time, creativity, thoughtful planning, and an eye for the details that make a room feel complete.
Whether you have a clear vision but little time to bring it to life, or you're looking for fresh ideas and professional creative direction, we're here to transform possibilities into beautifully considered spaces.
We believe exceptional design should do more than look beautiful. It should enhance how you live, support the purpose of each room, and make everyday experiences more enjoyable. From strategic furniture placement and layered lighting to clever storage solutions, carefully selected textiles, and meaningful decorative accents, we approach every element with intention.
Rooted in Hawaiʻi, our creative perspective embraces the warmth, character, and cultural richness of Hawaiiana design while exploring a diverse range of interior styles and influences. Whether your aesthetic is contemporary, traditional, coastal, eclectic, or distinctly island-inspired, our goal is to create a space that feels authentic, cohesive, and uniquely yours.
We take pride in leading the creative process—introducing new ideas, refining design concepts, sourcing furnishings, and thoughtfully bringing together the elements that transform ordinary interiors into extraordinary environments.
Creative Professionals Behind Legazi Design
Our team blends design expertise with cultural knowledge to deliver unique, inspired interiors.
Krystal Shon
Chief Interior Designer, Founder
Established in 2020, my passion for interior design began after achieving my ten year goal of home ownership here on Oahu. What started as hours spent exploring my own home improvement gradually developed into a deeper appreciation for design, furnishings, and understanding of the science behind interior design.
After transitioning out of a military and governmental leadership role, I pursued my collegiate path toward political science, business management and fashion design. I've always had large dreams and it was time to pursue them. So I created my own lane, took my path in sales and entrepreneurship more seriously. Drawn to the entirety of the interiors industry from lighting showrooms, antique shops, furniture and consignment stores the possibilities were endless.
Along the way, my faith and personal experiences provided a deeper sense of inspiration and purpose, encouraging me to turn a growing passion into a reality. I am a bold, expressive designer who finds white walls boring and mute. I approach my love for color, texture, and layers to create versatile spaces full of personality. Like a coloring book, I never shy away from a clean slate or a hungry mind. Let's collaborate to create something meaningful!
Kryshelle Fajotina
Senior Interior Designer, Co-Founder
Born and raised in Hawai‘i, my love for the interior design world began watching HGTV growing up. Seeing homes remodeled and redesigned inspired me to express my own creativity through interiors.
As a sales professional working in many retail spaces, this opportunity to grow and expand as an artist blending my talents with a team of ambitious creatives was a dream come true.
I love the clean lines of modern style, the elegant look of glam and the tropical feel of bohemian. I can be whimsical and explore color along with the right patterns to bring chic-design to life. With an open mind and a flexible approach to style, I bring your vision to life through spaces that feel personal, welcoming, and true to you.
